In the past year a lot of things happened in the offline-world (yes, a place like that DOES exist).

The Euro server was replaced about 1,5 year after the mainboard died on me and a replacement one wasn't available
Although a big number of HLDS and SRCDSes run on it I also use it for downloading, FTP, email, a bit HTTP and online backup for myself.
It's nice to have a machine outside the door which makes it unneeded to a have a business grade internetconnection at home.
But let's face facts:
- There aren't that many people left that play TFC. The servers are empty most of the time.
- There are about 8 regular players and 10-20 pub players per week
- This thing is covered 100% by me

The things that are going to change are:
- The Euro server is going down.
It's simple math: the server costs way too much nowadays than it provides

- I am porting most functions over to my new 'server' at home.
However, after changing ISP in a few weeks/months I wont have a 100% fixed IP anymore.

- The servers will remain reachable on tfc.mezelf.com.
But.. HLDS (and SRCDS) based games don't support DNS. So should my IP change then you will have to do an

NSLOOKUP TFC.MEZELF.COM
to see on which IP I am running.

It's sad that even to this good thing an end has come, but I will try to keep something running.

So I check Euro PG and the same here... jesus wtf did valve mess up with an update??
Checked the folders which contain the model-file (models/wtfpack.mdl) and I see that the file is 0 bytes big.
More scary part is that the file on the DL server was also 0 bytes.

I have fixed it by reuploading the model file to both TFC servers and DL server.
